Stage LED walls
A clean backdrop for keynotes and panels, sized to the room and set up to look natural on camera.

Hybrid conferences, live streaming, LED walls and AV
for Charlotte's corporate and financial-sector events.

Charlotte is one of the country's largest banking and corporate centers, and many of its meetings now have two audiences: the people in the room and the people watching from other offices. Max Audio Visual Production produces conferences, town halls, investor meetings and hybrid events in Charlotte with multi-camera video, live streaming, LED walls and conference audio.
Our crew travels from Atlanta with our own equipment and handles the full chain, from the microphone on the panelist to the stream on a remote viewer's laptop. We check the venue's network ahead of time and can bring a dedicated connection so the stream doesn't compete with attendee Wi-Fi. Explore our live streaming service for more detail.

In a hybrid meeting, screens must look right in person and on the stream. We set brightness and placement so slides read clearly in the room without washing out on camera.

Remote viewers judge a hybrid event by its audio and its camera work. We run a separate audio mix for the stream, so online viewers hear presenters and audience questions clearly, not a room echo.
Remote speakers can join on screen in the room, and in-room speakers appear on the stream with their slides alongside.
Two or more cameras cover presenters, panels and audience microphones.

Charlotte is about four hours from our Atlanta base, a straight run up I-85. We plan travel, crew rest and load-in around your venue's schedule and arrive the day before when the build needs it.
For streamed events, the venue's internet is the biggest risk. We test bandwidth in advance, ask for a wired line, and bring our own backup connection when the program can't afford a dropout.
