Event Production Company in Atlanta, GA

Max Audio Visual Production is an Atlanta event production company based at 3372 Peachtree Road in Buckhead. We plan corporate events and then produce them with our own crew and our own equipment: LED video walls, projectors, audio, lighting, staging, cameras and streaming systems.

Most Atlanta planners hire production out. We keep it under one roof, so the people who help choose your venue are the same people who load in, run the show and strike it. That means one contract, one project lead and fewer handoffs on show day. Our leadership brings more than 25 years of event, broadcast and live-production experience across the US and the Middle East, and our Atlanta work includes conferences, expos, awards galas and corporate events across the metro.

ABOUT MAX AV
Event planning in Atlanta

We plan it. Then we produce it.
Same team, start to finish.

Atlanta has hundreds of event spaces, from downtown convention halls and Midtown hotel ballrooms to Buckhead private venues and converted warehouses on the Westside. We help you narrow the list to rooms that fit your headcount, budget and production needs, then build the plan around the one you choose.

Because production is in-house, the plan accounts for ceiling heights, rigging points, power and load-in times before you sign a venue contract, not after.

LED walls we own and operate

LED walls for every
Atlanta room and stage.

We own our LED panels and run them with our own technicians, so the wall in your proposal is the wall that arrives at your Atlanta venue.

Big rooms, big screens

Full-width LED
for Atlanta general sessions.

For sales kickoffs, association meetings and large conferences, we build wide LED canvases that carry slides, video and live camera feeds at the same time.

We size them to the room, the rigging and the power available, and we test every source before doors open.

Plan a large-format wall
Projection mapping

Light up a facade,
a stage or a sculpture.

Our team created projection content for landmarks including the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, and we bring the same approach to Atlanta launches, galas and brand events. We own our projectors and build mapped content in-house.

We start with a site survey for surface, ambient light and projector positions, then design content to fit the space exactly.

What arrives on show day

Everything your Atlanta
production needs,
from one crew.

Atlanta venues come with their own rules: downtown loading docks with tight windows, Midtown hotels with in-house AV agreements, and Buckhead venues with limited street access. We plan around them.

Your proposal lists exactly what's included, who is on site and for how long.

04

Lighting design

Stage wash, speaker key light, uplighting and looks that work in the room and on camera.

05

Cameras, IMAG & streaming

Every speaker seen.
In the room and online.

In large Atlanta ballrooms, the back rows are often far from the stage. IMAG puts a live close-up of each speaker on the screens so everyone sees faces and expressions, not just a figure at a podium.

The same cameras feed your live stream and recordings, so remote attendees and your marketing team get the same program as the room.

Cameras → switcher → LED walls, stream and recordings
01

Shoot

Two to four cameras cover the stage, panels and audience questions.

02

Switch

Our director cuts between cameras, slides and video in real time.

03

Share

The program goes to the LED walls, the live stream and the record decks at once.

Sales kickoffs & town halls

Leadership messages, awards and recognition moments captured cleanly for teams who can't attend.

Hybrid conferences

Remote speakers brought on screen and remote viewers given their own clean audio mix.

Plan cameras and streaming
Audio, lighting & staging

Sound people hear.
Light that flatters.

Poor sound and flat lighting are the first things attendees notice. We design audio, lighting and staging together, so speech stays clear, faces look natural on camera and the stage matches your brand.

Nonprofit gala in a ballroom with stage lighting and dinner seating
Gala lighting and audio designed for dinner, speeches and the dance floor.

Audio built for speech

Speaker placement, wireless mics and mixing that keep every word clear from the front table to the back wall.

Lighting for room and camera

Key light on presenters, color on the walls and cues that shift the mood between dinner, program and party.

Stages that fit the brand

Risers, scenic panels, podiums and branded surfaces sized for the room and the camera angles.

Producing events across Atlanta

We know how Atlanta venues work.

Our crew and equipment are based in Buckhead, so site visits, rehearsals and last-minute changes are a short drive away anywhere inside the Perimeter.

We plan around the details that catch out-of-town vendors: convention-center loading schedules downtown, in-house AV agreements at many hotels, parking and street access in Midtown and Buckhead, and traffic on I-75/85 and GA-400 on show day.

  • Downtown: convention halls and large hotel ballrooms near Centennial Olympic Park.
  • Midtown: hotels, theaters and event spaces along Peachtree Street.
  • Buckhead: hotel ballrooms, private clubs and corporate offices near our office.
  • Westside & BeltLine: warehouses, rooftops and industrial venues for launches and parties.
  • Cumberland & Perimeter: corporate campuses and conference hotels inside the northern Perimeter.

    Atlanta FAQ

    Questions Atlanta
    planners ask us.

Straight answers about working with an Atlanta-based production team.

    Ask us something else
Where is Max AV Production based?

Our office is at 3372 Peachtree Road, Suite 115, Atlanta, GA 30326, in Buckhead. Our crew and equipment are based in Atlanta, which keeps site visits and load-ins simple anywhere in the metro.

Can you plan the event and produce it?

Yes. We handle venue sourcing, floor plans, seating, run of show and vendor coordination, including your caterer, and then produce the event with our own audio, video, LED, lighting and staging crew.

Do you own your LED walls and projectors?

Yes. We own our LED panels and projectors and run them with our own technicians. That gives us more control over availability, quality and setup than re-renting gear.

Our Atlanta hotel has an in-house AV company. Can we still use you?

Usually, yes. Many hotels allow outside production but may charge fees for power, rigging or patching into house systems. We review the venue contract with you and coordinate directly with the in-house team.

Can you stream our Atlanta conference to remote attendees?

Yes. We provide multi-camera production, a clean audio mix for remote viewers and streaming to the platform you choose. We check the venue's internet in advance and can add dedicated Wi-Fi or satellite backup.

How far ahead should we book?

For conferences and galas, two to three months is comfortable, and more during Atlanta's spring and fall convention seasons. We can also turn smaller events around quickly when crew and equipment are available.

Do you only work in Atlanta?

No. Atlanta is home base, but we produce events across Georgia, the Southeast and nationwide, including Nashville, Charlotte, Birmingham and Chattanooga.
