What surfaces can you projection map?
Almost any surface with enough contrast and a mappable geometry works, building facades, stage backdrops, set pieces, vehicles, product packaging and irregular structures. We start every project with an on-site survey or 3D scan so the content is built to the exact shape and distance of your surface.
Does projection mapping work outdoors and in daylight?
Outdoor projection mapping works best with controlled ambient light, often after dusk. Daylight can substantially reduce image contrast, and higher brightness alone does not guarantee clear daytime visuals. We assess the surface, lens coverage, throw distance and lighting conditions before recommending a system.
How far in advance do you need to plan a projection mapping project?
Content design and surface calibration take real lead time, so we recommend starting four to six weeks out for a standard project, and longer for large architectural mapping or complex multi-projector builds. Tell us your date and we will build a timeline around it.
Can projection mapping content be synced with our own audio, lighting and show cues?
Yes. Because we also produce audio, video and lighting for live events, we build the mapping sequence to your run of show and call it live alongside the rest of the production, so every beat, transition and reveal lands in sync.
Do we need to supply our own content, or can your team create it?
Our in-house animation and VFX team designs every mapping sequence from concept through final render, matched to your brand and your surface. If you already have brand assets or footage, we can incorporate them; nothing is a stock loop stretched to fit.
Can you combine an awards screen with projection-mapped scenery?
A central screen can carry nominee portraits, winner announcements and presentation content while mapped scenery extends the visual identity across the stage. We coordinate screens, scenic surfaces, IMAG feeds, audience sightlines and playback cues as one awards production.
Do you offer projection mapping for weddings and destination weddings?
Yes. We design projection for Indian weddings, sangeet events, receptions and destination weddings around the couple and venue. Custom content, mapped scenery and architectural details are coordinated with your planner. Destination projects require advance planning for transport, access, power, permissions and lighting.
What projector brightness and equipment do you use?
We offer Epson 12,000-, 16,000-, 20,000- and 25,000-lumen projection options. Brightness, lens coverage and projector placement are selected for your venue, surfaces and ambient light. Exact model, lens and date availability are confirmed in your production quote.
