↗Event Production Services for corporate teams.
Planning a corporate event means coordinating a lot of moving parts. The production plan has to work for the venue, the schedule, the audience, and your brand. Max AV Production makes that process easier by bringing the right people and technology together from the start.
Our Atlanta event production services cover sound, video, lighting, LED video walls, scenic staging, live streaming, content creation, show calling, and on-site crew. You do not need to manage a different vendor for every discipline. Your project lead keeps the plan connected and your show moving.
Our crew works closely with venues, event planners, marketing teams, speakers, and presenters. We prepare the stage, test every signal, rehearse key moments, and stay present through the final cue. This careful approach protects your timeline and helps your guests stay focused on the experience, not the technology behind it.
We support executive meetings, conferences, award programs, trade shows, nonprofit fundraisers, product launches, and hybrid events. Every package is designed around the real needs of the room. We adapt to ballrooms, convention centers, hotel meeting rooms, outdoor venues, and broadcast studios. We listen first, build a clear plan, and deliver a polished experience for everyone in the audience, onsite and online.
We also follow the professional event practices shared by the Events Industry Council. Our goal is simple. Give your team confidence before show day and give your audience a moment worth remembering.
Whatever the room
asks of you.
Every format has its own rhythm. We bring the right people, technology, and creative direction to the moment you want to make.

Choosing Your Services
What we offer, how services work together and how pricing is built.
What event production services does Max AV offer?
Max AV provides full-service event production services in Atlanta and across the Southeast: event planning, video production, audio production, lighting design, stage design, live streaming, LED screen rental, drone services, animation and design, projection mapping, event IT infrastructure and event photography. You can book a single service or have one team manage the whole production.
Can I book one service, or do I need a full production package?
Either works. Our event production services can be booked individually. Many clients start with one service, such as audio, an LED wall or live streaming, and others hand us the complete event. When several services are handled by one team, planning, rehearsals and show calling stay coordinated and there are fewer vendors to manage.
How much do event production services cost in Atlanta?
Cost depends on the scope: the number of services, event days, crew hours, equipment scale, venue requirements and any custom content. Every client receives a written, itemized proposal so you can see exactly what is included. Share your date, venue, attendance and goals, and we will build options around your budget.
Do you plan events as well as produce them?
Yes. Our event planning team handles venue sourcing, event design, seating layouts, vendor coordination, catering through trusted partners, timelines and run-of-show, then our production crew delivers the technical side on show day.
What types of events do you support?
Our event production services support corporate meetings, conferences, product launches, awards and galas, trade shows, nonprofit fundraisers, private events, virtual and hybrid events and destination weddings, from small breakouts to large general sessions.
Can you create custom content for our screens?
Yes. Our in-house creative team produces opening films, motion graphics, 3D animation, speaker titles and projection mapping content designed for the exact size and layout of your screens, LED walls or stage.
How far in advance should I book?
To secure the event production services you need, we recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for conferences, multi-day events and busy seasons, so equipment, crew and creative time can be reserved. Shorter timelines are sometimes possible depending on availability, so contact us even if your date is close.
Production & Support
Crew, travel, connectivity & backup plans that keep every service running.
Do you work outside Atlanta?
Yes. Our event production services cover the Atlanta metro, Georgia and neighboring states, including Nashville, Chattanooga, Birmingham and Charlotte, and we travel nationwide for larger productions. Travel and logistics are included in your proposal.
Can you work with a hotel or venue’s in-house AV team?
Yes. We coordinate with venue AV teams on load-in times, power, rigging, patch fees and house rules. Let us know about any venue AV requirements early so they are reflected in the quote.
Will a technician be on site during the event?
Yes. Our crew installs, tests and operates the equipment and stays on site through the show. Staffing, show hours and roles such as audio engineer, camera operators and show caller are listed in your proposal.
Can you live stream or record our event?
Yes. We provide multi-camera recording and live streaming to platforms such as YouTube, Zoom, Teams, Vimeo and custom players, plus edited highlight videos and full-session recordings after the event.
What if the venue has poor internet?
Our event IT infrastructure service provides dedicated event networks, on-demand Wi-Fi, mesh systems and satellite or cellular backup so streaming, registration and presentations stay connected.
Are your drone operators licensed?
Yes. Our drone services are flown by FAA Part 107 certified pilots. We plan airspace authorizations, venue permissions and safety requirements before any flight.
How do you keep the show running if something goes wrong?
Reliability is built into our event production services. We test every system during setup and rehearsal, plan backups for critical playback, signal and power paths where the scope calls for it, and keep technicians on site to respond quickly during the event.
