What AV services do you provide for weddings and private parties?
We handle sound, lighting and staging for weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversaries and private celebrations, including ceremony audio, reception sound, and dance floor and uplighting, all run quietly in the background so you’re not thinking about any of it during your own event.
Do you provide sound systems for a DJ or live band?
Yes, we provide the sound reinforcement and full system setup, whether that’s supporting a DJ, a live band, or both, tuned specifically to your venue’s acoustics and guest count rather than a one-size-fits-all package.
Do you provide uplighting and dance floor lighting for a reception?
Yes. Lighting is designed around the specific mood you’re picturing for each part of the night, warm and intimate for dinner, higher energy for the dance floor, and can include uplighting, gobo effects and color washes matched to your theme.
How early should I book AV for my wedding or private event?
Timelines vary by season and date popularity, weekend dates in peak wedding season book up faster than a weekday private event. Reaching out as soon as your venue and date are confirmed gives the most flexibility to plan lighting and sound around your specific vision.
Can you work alongside our wedding planner or venue coordinator?
Yes. We coordinate directly with your planner and venue on load-in timing, layout and any venue-specific restrictions (noise ordinances, power access, load-in windows) so everything lines up cleanly on the day without you having to relay information between vendors.
