Max AV Production / Atlanta & Nationwide

Audio, video, lighting, staging, and live streaming for destination weddings, receptions, and celebration events.

FOR YOUR DESTINATION DAY

Destination Wedding AV & Production

A destination wedding asks a lot of a venue that wasn't built for one: an outdoor ceremony with no power run, a tented reception with no house sound, a view nobody wants a speaker stand blocking. We travel with our full production kit to run ceremony audio, ambient lighting, dance floor sound and live streaming at venues across Georgia, the Southeast and nationwide. One crew handles the vows, the toasts and the reception, so your day sounds and looks the way you pictured it, wherever you chose to say them.

OUR APPROACH

One Crew, Every Location

Destination venues rarely come with built-in AV, so we bring everything: wireless mics for vows that carry over wind and waves, uplighting that sets the mood for a reception tent or a historic ballroom, and sound systems sized for the dance floor without overpowering a toast. We coordinate directly with your planner and venue on load-in windows, power access and weather contingencies, so nothing is a surprise on the day. For guests who can't travel, we live stream the ceremony, and our photography and video teams capture the day in full alongside the production.

OUR MISSION

We believe distance shouldn’t cost a couple production quality. Whether it’s a coastal ceremony or a mountain estate, you get the same clean audio and thoughtful lighting we bring to any Atlanta event.

OUR VISION

We want to be the crew couples and planners call for weddings anywhere in the country, the team that already knows how to load in on grass, sand or cobblestone and make it look effortless.
