Cameras & streaming for ceremonies

Every name called.
Every face seen.

In a large hall or stadium, families in the upper rows can barely see the stage. Our cameras put each speaker and each walk across the stage on the screens.

The same feed streams online for relatives who couldn't make it, and is recorded for the organization to share later.

Events in Lawrenceville

Big crowds, careful planning.

Ceremonies draw large, emotional crowds and run to a tight schedule. We plan camera positions that don't block guests' views, cable routes that stay clear of aisles, and a schedule that has us set and tested well before doors open.

  • College & school venues: gyms, halls and arenas with campus access rules.
  • Ballpark & outdoor venues: outdoor ceremonies with sun, power and weather planning.
  • Civic buildings: county and city venues with security procedures.
  • Internet for streaming: venue network tested, with a backup connection when needed.
