Do I need live event experience?

Technical and production roles usually require hands-on event or AV experience. For every role, reliability, preparation, and a calm approach on show day matter.

Will I need to travel?

Most work is in Atlanta. Some events take the crew across Georgia, the Southeast, and occasionally nationwide. Travel expectations are discussed during the hiring process.

Are these full-time or freelance roles?

It depends on the role and event calendar. Some opportunities are crew or contract based. We will be clear about the arrangement before moving forward.
