Create a reliable, exhibitor-ready environment for a full day of education, networking and product discovery.

The South Eastern IFT Food Industry Expo, also known as Suppliers Night, brought food-industry professionals, researchers, suppliers, manufacturers and students from Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina to the Cobb Galleria Centre on February 4, 2026.

The schedule combined student programs, educational seminars, general sessions, vendor exhibits, networking and a closing reception. The production plan had to support formal presentations and a busy exhibition floor at the same time.

MaxAVP coordinated the stage, audio, power, lighting and network infrastructure as one system, supporting 137 vendor activations while maintaining clean technical access and dependable event operations.

One production team connecting the stage, expo floor and digital infrastructure.

Max AV Production designed and supported the event as one integrated technical environment. Booth activations, electrical distribution, lighting, audio, stage design and network services were planned together so exhibitors, presenters and attendees could move through the event without technical friction.

01

Booth activations for 37 food industry vendors

MaxAVP supported 137 exhibitor environments across the expo floor. Technical requirements were coordinated booth by booth so vendors could operate displays, demonstrations and brand activations within a consistent venue-wide production plan.

02

Planned power distribution and exhibitor lighting

Electrical access and lighting options were organized around vendor requirements, cable routing and expo-floor traffic. This gave exhibitors practical booth-level service while maintaining a clean, controlled and professional presentation.

03

General-session stage and presentation environment

The stage layout was designed around presenter visibility, audience sightlines, projection, technical access and efficient program transitions. The system supported seminars, educational content and general-session programming throughout the event.

04

Professional audio across sessions and activations

Audio support covered the general session and vendor areas, including microphones, playback, room reinforcement and on-site troubleshooting. The goal was clear communication in a high-traffic convention environment.

05

Event Wi-Fi and network support

Connectivity was planned as a core production system for staff, presenters and vendor operations. MaxAVP supported the event network throughout the venue to reduce technical friction and keep production workflows connected.

  • 37 coordinated vendor activations
  • Booth-level electrical distribution
  • Exhibitor lighting options
  • General-session stage design
  • Projection and presentation support

A coordinated production system across the stage and expo floor.

Reliable infrastructure for 137 exhibitors and a full general-session program.

MaxAVP unified the event’s production systems under one technical plan, giving vendors, presenters and event staff dependable support throughout the day.

137 exhibitors supported

Power, lighting, audio and connectivity were coordinated through one production partner.

Reliable presentation delivery

Stage, projection and room audio supported seminars and general-session programming.

Organized expo-floor infrastructure

Booth requirements were integrated into the venue-wide plan instead of handled as isolated requests.

Connected event operations

Wi-Fi and network support helped presenters, vendors and production personnel stay connected.

Trade shows depend on infrastructure attendees may never see.

A successful expo is more than booths and signage. Exhibitors need dependable power. Presenters need clear audio. Attendees need a stage environment that keeps the program moving. Production teams and vendors need reliable connectivity.

The South Eastern IFT Food Industry Expo demonstrates the value of treating booth activations, stage production and event networking as one coordinated system from the beginning.
