Over six months of engineering, a Max AV Production team designed and delivered a record-scale immersive spectacle — a seamless 16K×16K projected canvas driven by 384 projectors, twin mega LED walls, a bespoke bridal stage ramp, and a 40 Gbps data backbone feeding a 20-node render farm.
THE SOLUTIONS
Max AVP was brought in to design and deploy a full remote event connectivity package, engineered specifically for off-grid conditions:
- WiFi Mesh Network — Deployed a wireless mesh system covering approximately 1 mile of event grounds, giving guests and staff reliable WiFi across the entire site despite the remote setting.
- Starlink Satellite Internet — Installed 4 Starlink satellite internet connections, each delivering up to 400 Mbps, paired with remote towers to extend signal reach and maintain stable connectivity across the property.
- Redundant Streaming Connection — Provisioned an additional dedicated Starlink connection specifically for live streaming, isolating broadcast traffic from general event WiFi to protect stream quality and prevent bandwidth competition.
- Large-Format LED Displays — Installed 3 LED screens at 24 feet each, giving attendees clear visibility of the live program and streamed content throughout the venue.
- Live Streaming Production — Delivered a 3-hour live stream in full 4K resolution, broadcasting simultaneously to Facebook and YouTube, powered entirely by satellite connectivity.
The Execution
Our team treated this as a full IT infrastructure build, not just an AV setup. Coordinating mesh network placement, satellite tower positioning, and dedicated streaming bandwidth required careful pre-event site planning to account for terrain, line-of-sight for satellite units, and network load balancing between general guest access and the isolated streaming feed. Every system was tested and validated on-site before the event went live, ensuring zero downtime during the broadcast window.
The Results
The event ran with uninterrupted WiFi across the entire 1-mile radius, stable high-speed internet throughout the grounds, and a flawless 3-hour 4K live stream broadcast simultaneously across two major platforms — all in a location where standard connectivity simply doesn't exist. The client was able to deliver an experience that felt fully connected despite being completely off-grid, proving that remote location is no longer a barrier to world-class event production and broadcast quality.
