The event was designed as a complete luxury experience, bringing together VIP guests, premium hospitality, sophisticated event production, professional entertainment, and a spectacular fireworks finale.
From the initial planning through to the final moments of the evening, our team managed the production details required to create a seamless and memorable launch experience.
Complete Event Planning & Management
Max AV Production provided comprehensive event planning and management support, coordinating the different elements required to bring the launch together.
Our role extended beyond simply providing cameras or production equipment. We worked across the event to help coordinate the venue experience, production requirements, guest environment, entertainment, hospitality, and event flow.
The goal was simple: every element needed to feel connected, polished, and worthy of a premium real estate launch.
A Luxury VIP Experience
The event was created around a high-end VIP experience, with a premium venue, luxury event styling, and five-star hospitality.
Guests were welcomed into an environment designed to reflect the positioning of the new development, with carefully planned production elements and hospitality creating an atmosphere that felt sophisticated from arrival through to the conclusion of the evening.
Food and hospitality were an important part of the experience, with five-star hotel catering helping create the level of service expected at a premium property launch.
Event Production

Max AV Production also captured the event from both the ground and the air.
